We must be doing something right, as Virginia Moffatt is delighted to be returning for our second event!
Virginia, a prolific writer from a dedicated bibliophile family, writes fiction and non-fiction. Seek out her published novels at our in-house book shop during Fiction for Fun, and dip into, or better still, buy “The Wave”, or “Echo Hall” to name but a couple.
She has written flash fiction—what is that, you may ask? Come and listen to Virginia and find out. Her flash fiction collection is entitled “Telling the Bees.”
When not writing, Virginia enjoys indulging in the life of Shaftesbury, where she lives with her husband. She supports Shaftesbury Lido and walking groups, enjoys cold-water swimming, and is a member of Shaftesbury Women in Black.
Virginia will speak on Thursday, April 3rd, from 8-9.30 in the evening, so even if you have been at work all day, there is a great opportunity to participate in our event program. Free tickets are available here.
